HAWAIIAN FRAGMENTS
ACTOR, CO-CREATOR

Elaine, a successful and rational businesswoman involved in the ever-speeding world of finance, receives an unexpected call. All of a sudden she must travel to Hawaii under tragic circumstances. Once there, she is faced with a profound decision, and goes blank. She resolves to spend ten days on the Islands until she can come to terms with the unimaginable events that have ensued while unknowingly setting herself on the quest for a ritual that could bring the shattered fragments of her life together. Hawaiian Fragments is the story of her grieving process and of a possible reconciliation with Nature.
A dark humoured, surrealist solo-show adventure conceived as a series of fragments exploring contrasting theatrical styles. The stage is set in Hawaii; both the symbolic summit of capitalistic touristic pleasure and the territory of wondrous nature and ancient traditions.
